Given that my dogs are absolute snack fiends, I’m always looking for good new snacks to try. They’ve enjoyed other Blue Buffalo treats, and I like that the treats are all-natural.
Since my dogs receive approximately 2,259 treats per day, I like that these treats are tiny. They’re little heart-shaped treats, about the size of a dime.
They’re great for training your pups, so you can reward them without porking them up.
These treats come in a bunch different flavors, but my dogs have been really diggin’ the chicken flavor. You can find them in salmon, turkey, beef, and even banana & peanut butter flavors.
The treats smell like jerky/sort of like teriyaki. Most importantly, my pups really like these. They’ve been enjoying them for a few days now, with no gastrointestinal issues or any issues to report.
Here’s what these treats are made of (notice, nothing super scary): Deboned Chicken, Whole Ground Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Maple Syrup, Vegetable Glycerin, Whole Ground Potato, Gelatin, Salt, Flaxseed (source of Omega 3 and 6 Fatty Acids), Natural Smoke Flavor, Salmon Oil (source of DHA-Docosahexaenoic Acid), L-Ascorbyl-2-Polyphosphate (source of Vitamin C), preserved with Phosphoric, Sorbic and Citric Acids, Mixed Tocopherols (source of Vitamin E),Rosemary.
You can pick these up at your local pet store, or you can buy them on Chewy.com.
