Girl Tries Lush Bubbly

Hi guys! Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA- my birthday was on Monday so the whole weekend was basically shot for blogging. But birthdays mean presents and presents mean more Lush products for me to try and recommend to all of you. A wonderful friend got me a big ol’ bag of Lush goodies, so you’ll be seeing a lot of them in the next few weeks.

First up is Bubbly, a lip gloss (that you can also use as blush).

What it’s made of:

Mica , Organic Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis) ,Candelilla Wax (Euphorbia cerifera) , Synthetic Fluorphlogopite , Rose Wax (Rosa damascena) , Titanium Dioxide , Red 28 , Red 36 , Iron Oxides . *Occurs naturally in essential oils

How to use it:

Despite it looking like it’s in an eyedropper, there is a perfectly normal applicator.

Just apply a small amount to your lips for an instant pink, shimmery look. You can also put a small dot on your cheeks and blend it in to give your cheeks a rosy pop.

How it feels:

An issue I’ve had with lipsticks/glosses before is that glosses can be really sticky. Kind of leaving me feeling like:

Bubbly, on the other hand, has jojoba oil in it, so it’s really smooth feeling, almost like having olive oil on your lips (in a good way). It’s moisturizing and the color is awesome, and it lasts shockingly long. You can eat a full meal without having to reapply- which is the real way to judge how much you like a lip product.

You can find Bubbly here.
